Migration

Up until recently, Jason Parker was a registered migration agent.  Laws were enacted a few years ago, to effectively split up the migration profession, so a participant could either be a registered migration agent or a lawyer with an unrestricted practising certificate, but not both.  Like many, Jason had to make a choice, which was pretty easy in his view.  He is no longer an agent, but simply an immigration lawyer.  As such he can give any kind of advice on Australian migration or citizenship issues.  He can and does complete migration and citizenship applications.  He may well be able to help you when you, or an agent, have mucked up an application and you need that dogged person to fix it up.
