Trent Pakarinen-Stephens

Trent brings to Jason Parker Legal a rare combination of legal expertise, psychological insight, and hands-on experience in community welfare.

He holds a Juris Doctor from RMIT University and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Community Welfare & Counselling from Monash University. Before entering legal practice, Trent worked with the Victorian government and nonprofit organisations in the community welfare sector, honing strong case-management skills, empathy and resilience.

While studying law, Trent gained practical experience as a paralegal in firms handling conveyancing, wills and estate planning, estate administration and commercial law.

At Jason Parker Legal, Trent primarily practices in commercial law, while also assisting clients with property transactions, conveyancing, and wills and estates. He is known for clear communication, a practical approach, and a focus on delivering results clients can rely on.
